Explaining The beginning influences of Mr. Rude

This interview was done at The Illinois Institute of Art-Chicago's loop campus audio suite. The basis of this interview was to explain the beginning of my musical love and interest. In the interview, I talk about when I first felt that "buzz" for performing and how it basically paved the way for where I am today and where I want to be in the future. I feel like this is a small window into my past that not to many know and I enjoy sharing it with those who share my same passion for everything music. I want to thank Regina Williams for asking such great questions. She opened up memories that I hadn't thought of or spoken about in years. I also want to thank all of you whom have shown an interest in this blog and I look forward to sharing more of myself with you in the future. Thanks again, PEACE!

  1. Hey Rich that was a nice interview between you and Regina. Too bad the lighting wasn't better, but thats not what was important. Like you mentioned it got you thinking of your first experiences and which moments you first felt that rush and surge of energy through the live performance. Mine memory is somewhat similar. My earliest experiences were performing open mics and going to concerts with my older brothers and well, the live music environment is a powerful thing.

    1. Hey Cole, thanks for the response man. Yeah, as a kid growing up I always new that I was meant to be involved in music. I never could see myself doing anything else because there was nothing else that I could do that made sense. In the end I know that this all I have and my family knows and understands it. Thanks again for the response man. PEACE
